Jack

Jack is a fantastic six year old with a wonderful smile, and a love for having fun, playing and riding a bike. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy at the age of five and was no longer able to ride his traditional bicycle. He desparately wanted to ride again, but the cost of an adaptive cycle was too high and no other programs were available to provide him with the equipment.

Thanks to our GIFTABILITY donors, partners, and sponsors we were able to purchase and gift Jack his very own adaptive tricycle. He can now get back to the activity he loves and be outdoors riding with his family and friends.
